How silly of me. All along I haven’t kept an easily-accessible link to the ABFiller binary on this page. Here it is.
When I finally get around to putting a central location for my software together, I will be sure to keep ABFiller accessible. By “no longer supporting” the software, I should have probably said that I’m no longer developing it. :P Please, feel free to keep using it since it may help you out big-time! Also, I don’t mind helping if you run into any trouble.
I hope this hasn’t inconvenienced anyone too much.

ABFiller will only import contacts for me - but there are no contacts in the pst folder I tried to convert. Are you developing this app again? Soon? :D
