Got one for my wife's MBP, and it's speedy (about 2x the speed as the 160GB 5400RPM drive in the 17"). Surely by the time I actually _need_ to upgrade my own, capacity and speed will be up even more. On certain tasks the little macbook seems more snappy. I've gone totally portable now and I needed the space to hold all my PC and mac apps and files. IN a year or so we should have fast drive that will fit all my poop. I'm looking forward to that upgrade.
